30-Day Easy Return & Exchange

We take pride in our quality control, but if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you return or exchange new and unworn items within 30 days.

Before You Start:
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us immediately.

To Request a Return/Exchange:

  1. Contact us first within 30 days of delivery to receive return authorization and the correct shipping address.

  2. Prepare your item:

    • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    • All original tags and protective packaging must be intact

    • Items with stains or signs of use cannot be accepted

    • (Please note: slight color/size variations may occur)

  3. Ship your return:

    • Use your local post office and include the completed return form

    • Keep your tracking number for reference

    • COD returns are not accepted

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer-initiated returns: You are responsible for return shipping fees

  • Our error (wrong/damaged item): We cover all return costs

After Your Return:
We will email you once we receive your return and process your exchange or refund within 7 business days.
